PURCHASES TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions relate to HFTP Ontario Chapter event purchases made through C-Vent.  By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

1. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
2. Any prepaid funds or deposits are non-refundable, unless cancellation received 48 hours prior to the event.
3. HFTP Ontario Chapters reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions and prices for events at our sole discretion.  If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
4. You understand that all materials, information, data, text, or other kinds of messages ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
5. HFTP Ontario Chapter shall not be liable for any cancellation or postponement of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to any act of God, casualty, fire, flood, storm or tempest, disease, explosion, riot, civil commotion, strike lock out or boycott, earthquake, malicious damage, industrial action or act of terrorism
